In case you’re wondering

Is parking available at the gym?

Yes, there is ample parking for the building.

Is there a place to dress or shower at the gym?

There is a changing room with lockers to hold your belongings; however, you’ll need to bring your own lock to secure your valuables. There are restrooms but no showers.

For personal training at Club Sportif and Spa, I use a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. I’m a Power Plate Specialist and TRX Suspension Specialist. There are hydraulic circuit training machines, treadmill, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, a stair climber machine, kettle bells, dumbbells, various balls and other equipment.

Am I too old to workout?

Currently, my clients range from 19-95 years old. If you have a desire to workout, I can create a fitness plan based on your current conditioning and goals—at any age.

Am I too out of shape to workout?

Whatever shape you’re in now is where we’ll begin. Personal training isn’t just for athletes and celebrities; you deserve to feel your best. I'll create a realistic workout plan that keeps you motivated and challenged, while you transform week after week.

Am I too overweight to workout?

Working out can benefit every body type. I train my clients in a comfortable, supportive space. As a caring, qualified fitness trainer who listens to your needs, I can provide a safe and effective plan exclusively for you.

Can I do fitness training with physical limitations?

Many of my clients come post physical therapy to continue strengthening. Healing through exercise has been a cornerstone of my decades-long personal training career. Whether you have scoliosis; recently had a knee, hip or shoulder replacement surgery; experience balance issues or are being treated for high blood pressure or diabetes, I can work with you and create a specialized workout for your specific requirements.

Can you personal train me if I have injuries?

Rehabilitation can continue after physical therapy has been completed. I can help you transition from physical therapy to general fitness by processing your individual needs and developing a customized fitness plan with progressive training as you get stronger.

How much does it cost for personal training?

Pricing depends on whether you want one-on-one fitness training, duet training or a Stretch & Roll class, as well as where you would like to train—the personal training gym or your home or office. Call 310-210-4853, I'm happy to provide quotes and answer your questions.
