Double your fun and improve your commitment to sticking with a workout program by training with your partner or friend. Grabbing lunch, coffee or drinks doesn’t have to be the only time you hangout with your BFF. I’ll assess you and your friend’s fitness levels and then design a workout program to keep you both motivated and improving at your own pace—together. Stretch & Roll Class
MOVE IT OR LOSE IT
Every day we get a day older and before you know it there are aches and pains and grunting sounds when getting up from the couch. So how can you stay flexible as days turn into years? The Fildes Fitness proprietary Stretch & Roll Class uses traditional static and active stretching techniques combined with a comprehensive program of self-myofascial release (SMR). In the Stretch & Roll class, you’ll use massage balls and foam rollers to help with muscle and joint mobility. Current research recommends SMR to aid recovery from muscle fatigue, prevent injuries that occur from tight muscles and connective tissues as well as help reduce pain through endorphin release. You may not be able to turn back the calendar but you can buy your body more time. Join the class—you’ll stretch, you’ll roll, you’ll connect and you’ll feel great.

After an injury or joint replacement, personal training can pick up where physical therapy left off. Strengthening can continue your rehabilitation and get your body back into balance.
